Saxony pile is the soft choice. Longer fibres cut level give a deep, smooth surface that feels luxurious underfoot, which makes it the right carpet for bedrooms and quieter living rooms rather than stairs.
The action backing is a tough woven polypropylene that takes a stretch fit over gripper, copes with heavy furniture and repeated cleaning, and is what we would put on stairs and landings over a good underlay.

Free delivery on orders over £190. Order before 2pm on a working day and we aim to dispatch the same day.
2 to 4 working days to mainland UK. The Scottish Highlands, islands and BT postcodes take 5 to 14 working days. A few remote areas carry a surcharge, which is shown at checkout before you pay.
Someone may need to sign. If nobody is in, the driver can leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour and post a card telling you where.
Check your order for damage or shortages and tell us within 3 days. If you cannot check it before signing, sign as unchecked.
Please do not book a fitter until everything has arrived and been checked.
Measuring and fitting
Measure at the widest point, including doorways and alcoves, and round up to the nearest 10cm. Never round down.

Returns
Changed your mind? Send it back unused and in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.
Flooring cut to your measurements is made to order, so a 24% restocking fee applies unless it is faulty.
If a fault appears, send us a photograph and we will refund, repair or replace it, whichever suits you best.
