What widths does it come in?

4m and 5m, cut to the length you need from 2m upwards in half metre steps.

Do I need underlay?

Yes, for anything other than a felt-backed carpet on a sound subfloor. It makes the carpet feel better and last longer.

What is the difference between twist and saxony?

Twist is tightly curled and hard wearing, better for stairs and hallways. Saxony is denser and softer underfoot, better for bedrooms and lounges.

Can I return carpet that has been cut?

Cut lengths are made to your measurements, so a 24% restocking fee applies unless it is faulty. Order a free sample first.

Will the colour match my sample exactly?

Colour varies slightly between batches and between screens, which is why we send samples from the roll.
