Buying flooring is usually harder than it needs to be — vague prices, guesswork on quantities, and a number you only find out at the end. We built yumiHome to take all of that out.

Who we are

yumiHome is a family-run business. We started out as installers, laying artificial grass, carpet and decking in gardens and homes around the UK, and we spent years watching customers pay showroom prices for products we could buy for a fraction of that as trade. So we cut out the showroom. The ranges on this site are the ones we fitted ourselves, priced the way we used to buy them, with the fitting knowledge folded into every product page and guide.

Where we are

Our warehouse is in Middleton, Manchester. Every roll of grass and carpet is cut to your size here, and every order is picked and checked here before it leaves. Ordered before 2pm on a working day, it is on its way the same day and with you in two to four working days across mainland UK. Free samples go out the same way.

Screens lie about colour. Pick up to five free samples from any range and hold them against your own walls, in your own light, before you spend anything.

One number, not a puzzle

Type your room size and you get the real delivered total — the full piece we would actually cut, priced before you reach the basket. No estimates that grow at checkout.

We check the maths

Measuring is where most orders go wrong. Send us your sizes and we will check them before anything is cut. Most people hear back the same day.

Four steps to a finished floor

  1. STEP 01 Order samples

    Five free, across any range. Grass, carpet, decking, cladding — mix them.

  2. STEP 02 Measure once

    Widest point, wall to wall. Our guide shows you exactly where, for each material.

  3. STEP 03 See your price

    Two numbers into the calculator and the delivered total appears. Delivery is free over £190.

  4. STEP 04 Lay it

    Ordered before 2pm, on its way the same day, most of the UK in two to four working days.

We would rather send you five samples and a straight answer than a brochure and a sales call.
