8mm Autumn Twist carpet, felt backed, cut to your room from a 4m or 5m roll and priced per square metre at £8.20. Autumn is a warm russet with a soft flecked tone, and it comes from the same roll we send as a free sample, so the colour you check at home is the colour that arrives.
Twist pile is the hard-wearing choice. The fibres are twisted and heat-set so they spring back after being walked on, hide footprints and vacuum marks, and cope with stairs, hallways and busy family rooms.
The felt backing has a cushioning layer built in, so it is forgiving to walk on and can go straight down without separate underlay if the budget is tight, though it lasts longer with underlay beneath it.

Free delivery on orders over £190. Order before 2pm on a working day and we aim to dispatch the same day.
2 to 4 working days to mainland UK. The Scottish Highlands, islands and BT postcodes take 5 to 14 working days. A few remote areas carry a surcharge, which is shown at checkout before you pay.
Someone may need to sign. If nobody is in, the driver can leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour and post a card telling you where.
Check your order for damage or shortages and tell us within 3 days. If you cannot check it before signing, sign as unchecked.
Please do not book a fitter until everything has arrived and been checked.
Measuring and fitting
Measure at the widest point, including doorways and alcoves, and round up to the nearest 10cm. Never round down.

Returns
Changed your mind? Send it back unused and in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.
Flooring cut to your measurements is made to order, so a 24% restocking fee applies unless it is faulty.
If a fault appears, send us a photograph and we will refund, repair or replace it, whichever suits you best.
